At ZIMNAT GENERAL INSURANCE, I prepared and processed insurance policies, including new applications, renewals, and amendments.

I handle premium calculations in line with underwriting guidelines and manage claims processing from initial reporting through to resolution. I also support travel insurance and goods-in-transit policy processing, while ensuring compliance with established banking and financial procedures, including premium handling and reconciliations.
