At Fidelis Care, I coordinate daily authorization workflows and help ensure authorizations and referrals are completed within contractual requirements.

I'm a key resource for teammates, providing guidance on authorization processes, documentation standards, and complex issue resolution. I work closely with utilization management staff and leadership to maintain accurate, compliant records that support member access to care and audit readiness.

I've contributed to workflow improvements, supported onboarding and training, and helped resolve escalated authorization issues. I'm pursuing a Team Leader role where I can strengthen team performance and operational excellence.
