I’m a Senior IT Project Manager / Technical Program Manager with deep experience leading healthcare and enterprise modernization across cloud, infrastructure, data migration, cybersecurity, and ECM in highly regulated environments. I drive customer-facing delivery with strong governance—managing charters, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive reporting—while keeping teams aligned through Scrum-based execution. I’m especially focused on claims and EHR/health-record workflows, with clear PHI/PII and compliance awareness.

Most notably, I led the migration of approximately 500M claims and health-record documents using ETL and IV&V methods, improving auditability, reliability, and production readiness. I also supported enterprise encryption key initiatives for VA EHR systems, coordinating security and platform test plans and implementing automated key rotation, RBAC, and HSM controls aligned with NIST and VA standards. In my current advisory work, I help clients plan Azure/AWS modernization roadmaps—covering Kubernetes/containerization approaches, HA/DR strategy, and practical build-vs-buy recommendations—using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps to deliver transparency and decision-ready updates.
