What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role in bid/tender management where I can lead end-to-end proposals, mentor teams, and drive win rates within a collaborative, growth-oriented organisation.

I am a dynamic Bid Manager and Bid Consultant with extensive experience leading end-to-end tender processes, proposal development, and business development across public and private sectors. I specialise in RFP analysis, crafting client-focused proposals, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and embedding bid best practice to improve win rates and deliver commercial outcomes.

Since 2018 I have led bids for major clients including municipalities, state-owned enterprises and international programmes, managing strategies, budgets, team contributions and post-decision reviews. I combine project management, financial acumen and e-tendering expertise with mentoring and recruitment to build capability and consistently deliver high-quality submissions.
