I’m looking to lead secure, async-first teams where I can modernize legacy systems, own architecture and code quality, and communicate mainly through concise daily summaries—minimizing meetings while maximizing delivery.

I’m an ex-military technical leader with 10+ years in software development and team management. I thrive in remote, async-first environments where clear, concise communication replaces constant meetings.

In recent contract work as a “Fractional Technical Lead,” I’ve acted as an embedded technical lead for multiple concurrent clients—driving code reviews, oversight, and daily-resolution without back-and-forth. I’ve led frontend architecture for analytics modules, triaged critical bugs through async Jira workflows, and supported full-stack integrations (including Amazon integration).
