I am an aspiring counselling psychologist passionate about emotional wellness, personal growth, and holistic mental health support. I have practical experience providing individual and group counselling, trauma-informed interventions, and psychosocial support across clinical and community settings.

My recent roles include Emotional Wellness Counsellor at M■rga Dar■ana Consulting, an MHPSS intern with the Kenya Red Cross, and ongoing volunteer counselling with 4C Mental Health, where I facilitate resilience workshops and maintain case documentation under supervision.

I hold a Diploma in Counselling Psychology (The Catholic University of Eastern Africa) and am completing a Bachelor's in Counselling Psychology; I am certified in Mental Health First Aid, Mindfulness in Counseling, and NBCC supervision and late-life suicide prevention, and I seek roles that let me apply trauma-informed care and community outreach skills.
