I am a dedicated Counselling Psychology graduate from Africa Nazarene University, driven by a strong desire to provide psycho-social support to individuals navigating life's challenges. My academic background has equipped me with the essential skills needed to facilitate therapy sessions and conduct psychological assessments, allowing me to make a meaningful impact in the mental health field.

During my internships at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital and the Global Institute of Strategic Governance, I honed my abilities in individual and group therapy, family therapy, and adolescent counseling. I am committed to maintaining confidentiality and establishing trust with my clients, ensuring a safe space for them to express their concerns. My volunteer work in mental health awareness programs further reflects my commitment to promoting mental well-being in the community.
