I'm looking to apply ERP implementation, business process analysis, SQL, integrations, and customer onboarding skills to practical technology solutions that improve operations and user adoption.

I support ERP implementation projects in the CIGAM consulting environment, from requirements analysis and system configuration through user adoption.

I analyze customer business processes and translate operational requirements into practical ERP solutions. I configure and validate functionalities, investigate system issues, and provide technical and functional support during implementation and post-implementation.

I use SQL and database analysis to troubleshoot operational and integration-related problems, working with REST APIs, relational databases, and system integrations. I also collaborate across technical, functional, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex requirements.

I'm focused on business automation, ERP integrations, SaaS platforms, AI-powered solutions, and digital workflows. I help customers through onboarding and training so they can understand and effectively adopt ERP functionality.
