I’m an Analytics Lead and co-founder who turns messy business questions into clean data models, reliable reporting processes, and practical insights. I’ve focused on building ETL pipelines and automating executive-ready dashboards across people, marketing, and operational data.

At Elevare Metrics, I built a people analytics consulting practice centered on employee engagement surveys, comment analysis, leadership reporting, and action planning. I designed end-to-end survey analytics workflows—from survey structure and data collection planning to executive summaries and recommendations for leaders.

Previously, as a Senior Data Scientist at HSD Metrics, I developed and maintained automated ETL pipelines supporting recurring survey analytics, client reporting, and dashboard delivery. I engineered ingestion workflows integrating MySQL and Python, built ETLs supporting 50+ Domo dashboards, and automated reporting for Tableau and Power BI—reducing data refresh time by 400%.

I also bring operational leadership experience from roles like Area Business Leader at GE Appliances, where I used real-time operational data to improve quality performance and process efficiency.
