Claudine Gunday-Ramos

I’m a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate who brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, a calm approach under high stress, and the drive to learn and assume responsibility. I’m computer literate in MS Word and Excel, and I’m consistently focused on safe, organized care.

In my experience as a Company Nurse, I administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed. I monitor and record patients’ conditions, assist injured employees to the nearest hospital, maintain medical records, secure “fit to work” certificates, and support annual medical examinations while monitoring absenteeism (especially AWOL).

As a Hospital Staff Nurse, I identify patient care requirements through rapport-building and resolve patient problems using multidisciplinary team strategies, while maintaining safe and clean working environments. Most recently, I served as a Company Nurse at Nidec Philippines Corporation—promoting health, handling emergency or work-related incidents, providing medical counselling, ensuring data privacy of medical records, and coordinating clinic policy orientations and health/safety training programs.
