Lara Jade De Guzman

I’m a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse with 3 years of hospital experience providing high-quality patient care in fast-paced clinical settings. I focus on patient safety and comfort while responding effectively in time-sensitive situations.

In my current role as a Staff Nurse across the Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, OBGyne, and Pediatric Ward, I perform patient assessment, monitoring, and care-plan implementation. I administer medications safely, track therapeutic outcomes and side effects, and promptly report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

I’m confident supporting physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions, including life-saving measures when required. I also educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and post-discharge care, while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and keep strong infection control and safe-environment practices. I’m committed to empathetic care and continuously improving my clinical knowledge through trainings such as BLS.
