I’m a senior supply chain and procurement manager with 10+ years leading end-to-end operations across biotechnology, energy, and industrial sectors. I coordinate international stakeholders remotely and have built resilient, multi-site supply chains across Spain, the US, and Mexico.

My core strength is strategic procurement at scale: I’ve managed €50M+ annual procurement across 3 international manufacturing sites, consolidating suppliers and delivering savings through volume leverage. I lead international sourcing across Asia and Europe and manage complex supplier ecosystems with strong supplier negotiations and ongoing raw-material cost analysis.

I focus on operational continuity under pressure, steering organizations through crises such as COVID-19 and severe financial distress while maintaining business continuity and operational efficiency. I’ve automated purchase order workflows, implemented ERP-based lead-time tracking, and used Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel to improve planning visibility and accuracy.

I also lead teams—building and mentoring a procurement team from the ground up and progressing talent from intern to Procurement Manager. Since 2024, I’ve been the Founder & Head of Operations of a niche B2B textile studio, owning end-to-end operations (supplier sourcing, procurement, production planning, customs, logistics, and international sales) while developing the full digital ecosystem.
