What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a substantive Group CHRO or Chief People Officer mandate in a complex, multi-site, multi-entity organisation, ideally remote or hybrid with regular travel. I’m drawn to regulated, safety-critical sectors where workforce risk is a Board-level concern.

I've led workforce strategy, governance and transformation across Emirates Flight Catering, Hamad Medical Corporation and UK healthcare organisations, with accountability for workforces of up to 11,000+ employees and AED 100M+ labour-cost bases.

At Hamad Medical Corporation, I was appointed by Qatar's Minister for Public Health to build the national Mobile Doctors Service from zero, achieving 24/7 readiness within six months. I later led HR, recruitment and Qatarisation for a 3,500-strong ambulance and emergency medical services group, reducing absenteeism from 18% to 7% and mobilising 950 international clinical locums for FIFA World Cup 2022.

At Emirates Flight Catering, I improved talent-acquisition efficiency by 41% and reduced onboarding time by 40%. I now advise UAE founder-led and growth-stage businesses through Thryve Strategies while pursuing a Group CHRO or Chief People Officer mandate.
