What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build inclusive education or workforce development programs that support multilingual learners, youth development, community connection, and meaningful professional growth.

I've delivered asset-based English language arts and ESL instruction for multilingual learners while building programs that connect education, workforce development, and community.

At Chicago Transit Authority, I led a networking symposium for 350+ interns and employees, coordinated multi-site learning opportunities for 75 high school interns, and mentored 13 college cohort leads through onboarding, instructional coaching, and program management.

At William Howard Taft High School, I taught 110 learners across WIDA proficiency levels using the inquiry-driven IB Middle Years Programme. I used language-proficiency data, culturally sustaining literature, blended learning tools, and place-based Chicago learning experiences to adapt instruction and deepen engagement.

At Intrinsic Schools – Belmont, I designed tiered ELA/ESL units, co-planned language-accessible content instruction, led advisory mentoring, and helped multilingual students publish original media through student-centered clubs.
