I'm open to medical billing, claims, medical records, and healthcare administration roles, remote or in Namibia. I'm comfortable working US business hours.

At CMC Private Hospital, I process billing batches, support medical aid claims, and keep patient records accurate and confidential. I also manage appointment bookings and front-desk patient service.

I use Elixir Live and the Nampath pathology results portal in my daily work. After completing a two-month internship at the hospital, I was appointed Medical Office Administrator.

I'm building TEND, a private assistant that helps doctors remember personal details that build patient trust, such as birthdays, follow-ups, and promises made in consultation. It uses no clinical data, and I'm looking for early-career doctors to try it and share honest feedback.
