What I'm looking for

I seek roles focusing on team development, quality and compliance, process improvement, and opportunities to lead training and program growth in collaborative environments.

I am an experienced director and coordinator with a strong focus on team development, quality assurance, and operational improvements. I combine data analysis, process redesign, and training to improve performance and meet KPI goals.

At Cardinal Health I developed training tools, reporting systems, and monitoring processes that reduced missed adverse event reporting and non-reportable events, improved MedChat performance, and streamlined speech analytics and call monitoring.

Previously I led clinical and program development roles in behavioral health and community services, launching new programs, securing funding and referrals, supervising staff, and implementing staff development and compliance systems.

I hold an M.A. in Human Services/Marriage and Family Counseling and a B.A. in Business and Public Administration, and I bring a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to improving team outcomes and client experiences.
