I've worked in payroll and HR for more than 26 years, and since January 2024 I've focused fully on teaching DATEV Lohn und Gehalt in part-time and full-time courses, including DATEV user certification preparation.

Over the previous eight years, I independently handled payroll work for tax firms and advised start-ups on personnel, payroll, and audit topics. My work covered the full client lifecycle, from acquisition and setup through termination and support during social-insurance and wage-tax audits.

I teach DATEV Lohn und Gehalt with practical knowledge of payroll law, social-insurance law, employment law, collective agreements, annual payroll processes, and digital payroll workflows. I have also taught Bürokommunikation and hold an instructor qualification.

I enjoy teaching and value the positive feedback I receive from course participants. I bring hands-on experience in operational HR, high-volume recruiting, payroll preparation, contracts, compliance, process optimization, and working with DATEV, LODAS, Lexware, ADP, and Personio.
