I’ve been operating as an Executive Partner to the CEO of an international NGO across a 45-country network, strengthening cross-functional execution, operational governance, and organisational maturity in resource-constrained environments.

I drive the operating cadence—agendas, decision tracking, and follow-through—so executive capacity shifts from routine coordination to strategic leadership, including leadership reviews spanning multiple functions and senior leaders.

I’ve built repeatable governance around ownership and recurring review, restored financial visibility during Zimbabwe’s currency and banking instability, and reduced regulatory, customs, and logistics delays by coordinating permits, shipping documentation, and government authorisations.

I’ve also modernised operations with AI-enabled workflow automation: consolidating fragmented reporting into a single operational view, designing a gatekeeper registration system, and rolling out stage-gated AI adoption through co-design, incremental workflows, and training before scaling.
