I’m looking for a customer support role where I can resolve inquiries, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and provide timely support in a collaborative or remote environment.

At Royal Nefsea International School, I respond to parents’ inquiries about school fees, payments, balances, and account records while resolving payment-related issues clearly and promptly.

I also teach and support secondary school students through engaging lesson plans, assessments, feedback, and a positive learning environment. I bring customer communication, active listening, accurate record management, and remote communication skills to every interaction.
