With a background in DevOps and cloud engineering, I understand the demands of technical roles from the inside, which helps me identify talent that can actually perform, not just look good on paper.

I’ve collaborated with startups and founders, supported teams that move quickly and contributed to building structure around communication, research, and candidate experience. I enjoy digging deep into roles, understanding what teams truly need, and approaching hiring with intention rather than guesswork.

Beyond recruitment and tech, I’m committed to continuous broad learning, from studying Rust and exploring Web3, to culinary arts, design, and language learning. I’m naturally curious, empathetic, and drawn to solving problems with clarity and calm.
