Chukwudi Ndubuaku

I’m an IT-focused professional with 7+ years of experience supporting systems, optimizing digital processes, and running administrative technology operations in a government technology incubation environment. I was originally trained as a Chemical Engineer, then transitioned into IT functions to deliver practical, technology-enabled solutions. I’m currently pursuing a Master's in Information Technology (MIT) at Miva Open University to deepen my technical expertise and expand my impact.

As an Assistant Chief Chemical Engineer (IT & Technical Operations), I lead digital operations support for incubated businesses—coordinating IT systems and technology-driven workflows across departmental units. I oversee performance monitoring of digital tools and equipment, troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime, and drive departmental compliance through administrative and digital reporting standards. I also mentor junior staff on IT best practices and document and optimize operational workflows using Microsoft Office Suite, digital reporting, and automation practices.

Earlier, I supported process and systems through my Chemical Engineering Internship (Process & Systems Support) by monitoring automated systems, participating in data logging, and maintaining technical documentation using Microsoft Office tools. I also tutor Mathematics remotely, designing interactive PowerPoint presentations, quizzes, and digital tools—strengthening my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly while supporting continuous improvement through feedback.
