What I'm looking for

I'm interested in remote customer service, virtual assistance, healthcare administration, patient support, and administrative support roles.

At Pro-Optics Eye Clinic, I attend to patients and customers, answer enquiries about optical products and services, and support appointment scheduling.

I maintain customer records and assist with sales transactions, payment handling, and stock monitoring. I also help prepare routine reports and documentation.

Previously, at Icare Eye Clinic, Lekki Phase 1, I assisted patients with optical service enquiries and supported routine clinic service delivery, record-keeping, and sales.

My healthcare experience also includes an internship at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), Ilorin. I hold a BSc in Public Health and a Certificate in Dispensary Optician, and I'm developing practical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
