I've led commercial, procurement, and logistics teams across recycling, steel, and supply chain operations, coordinating suppliers, transport providers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout Central Europe and the Balkans.

I bring more than 20 years of international experience in commercial planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, risk assessment, and operational improvement, supported by a Master of Economics and rail logistics training.
