I’m a UI Engineer and UX Designer with 10+ years of experience leading design and development of enterprise-scale digital products. I bridge interaction design and front-end engineering to deliver scalable, user-centered experiences.

At AT&T, I led UI/UX design and prototyping for an enterprise GenAI initiative, delivering agentic AI interfaces in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to accelerate design delivery cycles. I also architected and maintained a WCAG-compliant enterprise design system in React, improving accessibility scores and enabling consistent component reuse across products.

Previously at TechMahindra / BrightSpeed, I led a redesign of the BrightSpeed Customer Service Application, improving agent workflow efficiency and reducing average task time by an estimated 20%. I integrated AI-driven chat assistance into the live interaction layer, and partnered with React developers to deliver pixel-perfect Figma prototypes—while running user research and workflow mapping in Miro.

I’ve also built and owned end-to-end front-end and design system foundations, including an NPM-based Design System at SpyCloud (standardizing 20–50 reusable components and design tokens across React). Across roles, I lead cross-functional design reviews, usability testing, WCAG alignment, and mentoring for designers and developers to ship accessible, scalable UI.
