I've supported safety and security operations at Agua Caliente Casino as a Security Officer, Security Dispatcher, and Security Field Training Officer. I led orientation and field coaching for new officers and designed site-specific physical security and emergency response training modules.

I facilitate emergency simulation drills, evaluate trainee performance through daily observation reports, and provide feedback before independent deployment. I also dispatch personnel, monitor security systems, manage emergencies, and maintain detailed incident reports.

As a United States Marine Corps veteran with honorable service, I've trained personnel in tactics, emergency preparedness, tactical planning, equipment maintenance, and weapon use. I'm calm under pressure and bring conflict resolution, time management, team leadership, and risk-management experience.

I'm pursuing an Associate of Science in Engineering at College of the Desert and preparing to transfer for a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. I’m looking to apply creative problem-solving and innovative thinking in a growth-oriented role where I can add value to the team and organization.
