What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote, contract, or full-time work across US, UK, and APAC time zones where I can own secure infrastructure, solve complex escalations at root cause, and improve resilience, monitoring, and service delivery.

I'm currently modernizing dual-tenant network infrastructure at Magnum Security Services, deploying OPNsense, strict VLAN segmentation, dual-WAN failover, Tailscale recovery, and hardened Synology-based backup architecture. I'm also leading ISO 27001 gap-closure work while evaluating SOC 2 Type II, TISAX, NIS2, and BSI C5 requirements.

At Arlo Technologies, I owned L3 cloud, networking, and authentication escalations, maintained a 95% SLA resolution rate, and cut MTTR by 20% by making Splunk log correlation part of the RCA process. I've also led infrastructure redesigns, monitoring deployments, vulnerability reduction, and service delivery across more than 150 client environments.

I founded and technically led Genovation Technologies for 14 years, building a team of 10+ IT engineers and managing full client infrastructure stacks. When systems fail, I go to root cause and translate the path forward clearly for both technical teams and stakeholders.
