What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my editorial quality and publishing lifecycles as a Content Operations Manager, continuing to run merchant onboarding, QA standards, and digital storefront workflows.

I’ve directed content operations and merchant onboarding at delivery.com, managing the launch and maintenance of high-volume digital storefronts for brand compliance across 50+ markets.

I set QA and copy editing standards for menus and product descriptions, and I’ve overseen the end-to-end digital asset lifecycle—curation, graphic editing, and layout review—for thousands of businesses.

I also partner closely with engineering through user acceptance testing (UAT), while serving as the primary point of contact for merchants’ content updates and routing billing and sales inquiries to the right teams.
