Developed and executed the IT infrastructure and operations strategy, providing leadership and oversight of IT help desk, desktop management, systems administration, networking, and local core banking support. Ensured stable and secure daily operation of critical IT services through proactive monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

Used Lean Six Sigma to assess, map, design, and develop process improvements aligned to retail banking business strategies, including end-to-end business review and optimization roadmaps for WesBank and Home Loans. Defined post-implementation metrics, performed root cause analysis on process breakdowns, and provided data-driven optimization to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

Operated processing plant sections to meet production targets, performing shift-wise performance inspections and reporting deviations against established goals. Conducted root cause analyses for upset conditions, implemented corrective actions, and maintained strong safety and environmental compliance.

Collected metallurgical samples for assaying to monitor plant performance and operated processing plant sections independently under standard operating procedures. Used Delta-V Distributed Control System (DCS) basics to monitor process performance, identify discrepancies, and support continuous improvement through research and problem-solving.
