What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role in IT Operations where I can drive secure, resilient infrastructure; deliver transformation projects on time and budget; strengthen DR/BCP, governance, and vendor SLAs; and improve service performance through Lean/Agile methods.

I lead IT Operations with a focus on stable, secure daily service delivery and proactive improvement. I develop and execute infrastructure and operations strategy aligned to business objectives and technology roadmaps.

As Acting Head of IT Operations, I provide strategic leadership across IT Help Desk, Desktop Management, System Administration, Networks, and Local Core Banking support. I oversee enterprise infrastructure platforms to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance, while managing incident workflows, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

I strengthen operational resilience through robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) frameworks, including regular testing and validation. I also manage IT budgets, procurement activities, and vendor partnerships to ensure SLA adherence and alignment with operational and security standards.

My delivery style is shaped by Lean Six Sigma and Agile Project Management—driving governance, risk management, and data-driven process optimization. I’ve led infrastructure transformation initiatives and operational excellence efforts such as Enterprise-wide bulk laptop refreshes, data centre renovation/technology refresh, and IT Asset Management “Golden Rules” procedures.
