I’m a Supply Chain Analyst who turns high-volume operational data into clear inventory, order, and fulfillment decisions. I’ve managed end-to-end order and inventory lifecycles across multi-channel platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, 3PL), using WMS and ERP-integrated environments to keep operations accurate and responsive.

I achieved ~99%+ order accuracy by implementing validation workflows and process improvements, while improving inventory turns and reducing excess & obsolete (E&O) risk through data-driven analysis. I adjust inventory levels using demand patterns, sales velocity, and operational constraints to align availability with service level targets.

My day-to-day strength is optimizing datasets for reporting and analysis—filtering, cleaning, and structuring data so Power BI and Excel deliver reliable, real-time visibility. I built and maintained Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting for inventory performance, order activity, and operational KPIs, enabling faster, better decision-making.

Before supply chain analytics, I led operational and systems work: I served as a General Manager managing daily order processing, inventory tracking, and customer service, and earlier I was a Project Manager / Systems Analyst overseeing the full SDLC lifecycle (requirements, testing, and implementation). With a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, I bring a strong technical foundation and a process-focused mindset to every cross-functional partnership.
