What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support organized operations, maintain accurate systems and data, coordinate projects, and continue developing through technology, AI, and professional growth.

I'm currently supporting company operations at ΣΧΣ ΑΤΕΕ, managing correspondence, supplies, office maintenance, confidential information, internal systems, and project coordination.

At Pharm24.gr, I maintained database and ERP data, researched information for projects, provided administrative support, and administered website Brand Pages. I bring practical experience with CRM, Jira, G Suite, MS Office, AI-assisted research, and accurate data maintenance.

I built and operated Christina’s dance studio for more than a decade, managing budgets, invoices, instructor training, and employee and customer conflict resolution.

Earlier, I progressed through technical support roles at Hellas on Line from first-level agent to second-level team leader, resolving customer issues, coaching agents, monitoring KPIs, onboarding colleagues, and improving team performance.
