What I'm looking for

I’m seeking international freelance interpreter and language-specialist opportunities, particularly remote assignments in general conversation, customer support, education, technical work, and community-focused settings. I’m available for freelance, remote, part-time, and project-based interpretation and translation assignments.

I’m seeking freelance Swahili-English interpretation and language-specialist assignments, including remote, educational, technical, and community-focused work.

I interpret spoken communication between Swahili and English while preserving meaning, context, tone, and intent. I also handle translation and transcription, with care for neutrality and confidentiality.

My engineering studies at National Institute of Transport (NIT) gave me experience understanding technical information. For the Aircraft Emergency Exit Pneumatic-Operated System project, I designed and developed a concept involving sensors, a microcontroller, relay control, a solenoid valve, a compressor, and pneumatic actuation.

I research unfamiliar terminology and adapt language to different audiences and cultural contexts. I’m available for freelance, remote, part-time, and project-based interpretation and translation assignments.
