I’m a full-charge bookkeeper and QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise specialist with 6+ years of experience in complex cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping, including inventory systems repair. I bring an analytical, cross-functional background that blends bookkeeping with programming, databasing, and owner-operator business management.

In my current role, I maintain GAAP-based general ledgers, handle monthly and quarterly close, and own bank and credit card reconciliation. I process accounts payable and accounts receivable, resolve invoicing discrepancies and recordkeeping issues, and support CPA year-end tax coordination while advising leadership through reviewed chart of accounts, financial statements, and operational reporting.

I also build Excel tools to strengthen auditing, data integrity, forecasting, and owner reporting—plus documentation and process improvements to increase workflow efficiency. Earlier in my career, I managed event operations while designing bookkeeping systems and performing full stack web development, and I contributed to high-traffic web property production in front-end development work.
