At Goldline Advisory Co., I help founders, COOs, and department leaders clarify ownership, decision rights, and accountability, then turn business goals into practical operating plans. I assess operations and AI opportunities and implement workflows from discovery through deployment, training, and support.

At Gymnastics Canada, I led national-program strategy and operations with responsibility for a $3.5M budget. I created the 2024 Olympic Quadrennium High Performance Plan and helped lead a program turnaround that improved the team ranking from 12th to fifth; at Paris 2024, Canada finished fifth in the women's team final; their highest placement ever.

I co-founded Future Gymnastics Academy and built it into a business exceeding $1M in annual revenue, with approximately 35% operating margins, before exiting in 2025. Across my work in sports and consulting, I’ve developed leaders, improved operating systems, and used AI-assisted workflows to extend management capacity.
