I’m looking to join a data-driven operations team where I can automate KPI reporting, strengthen workforce planning, and turn SQL/Power BI insights into clear decisions with measurable performance improvements.

I’m a Workflow Analyst with experience in data analysis, reporting automation, workforce planning, requirements gathering, and process improvement in high-volume operational environments. I help leadership move from raw metrics to clear KPIs, forecasts, and decisions.

At Amazon, I partnered with operations leadership to investigate abnormal occupancy trends using SQL and Excel, identifying ~120 agents contributing to inflated metrics and implementing corrective actions that reduced occupancy from 90–100% to 70–80% within weeks. I also automated weekly WBR reporting with an Excel- and VBA-based Outlook solution, cutting manual preparation time from ~2 hours to under 20 minutes and removing the need for teams to retrieve and analyze dashboard data.

I bring strong analytics fundamentals across forecasting and KPI monitoring, including Excel, Power Query, VBA, QuickSight, and Power BI (with DAX). I’ve built automated dashboards and capacity planning models at Foundever, led tool-adoption workshops, and translated findings into actionable recommendations to improve service delivery performance.
