I’m looking for a remote Virtual Assistant role where I support executives with structured project coordination—scheduling, documentation, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and continuous process improvement to boost operational efficiency.

I’m a dynamic, highly organized professional with over 10 years of experience in construction project management, supporting retail, residential, hospitals, commercial, and educational projects. I bring strengths in stakeholder coordination, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and team leadership—so work stays on track and communication stays clear.

In my current role as a Virtual Assistant/Project Manager (contract), I manage end-to-end delivery of high-value projects worth ZAR 2 billion+ across multiple sectors. I coordinate cross-functional teams of 50+ members, maintain detailed project schedules and risk registers, and handle procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration to optimize costs and ensure compliance. I also provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to senior leadership, including documentation, reporting, and meeting coordination.

Part-time as a Project Manager/Tenant Coordinator, I manage technical projects and tenant coordination for high-value clients, including Public Investment Corporation (PIC) and Redefine Properties, across R5 billion+ portfolios. I coordinate healthcare facility projects valued at R50M+, develop project timelines, identify risks, allocate resources, and chair stakeholder meetings. I handle documentation, reporting, RFI monitoring, site visits, and project handovers to keep delivery moving.

Previously, I’ve delivered projects ranging from R75M to R1Billion as a Project/Program Manager at Tiber Construction, and I supported the R2.6Billion Discovery Building project with Wilson Bayley Holmes. Earlier, I served as a Junior Site Manager at Eskom, overseeing daily construction activities and quality/progress reporting—experience that strengthened my problem-solving under pressure and time management. I’m now focused on leveraging that project coordination depth in a remote Virtual Assistant role to support executives and drive operational efficiency.
