I am a Quality Assurance Manager with over 10 years' experience in the outsourcing sector, passionate about quality and continuous improvement. I have led Lean Six Sigma teams of varying sizes and delivered Analytical Prioritization trainings and presentations to multiple management levels.
I have implemented Six Sigma fundamentals across projects, performed analyses on KPIs, and applied root-cause methodologies to increase performance.
