I'm a CPA and strategic finance leader with a decade across public accounting, e-commerce logistics, and biotech. Most recently I was Associate Director of Strategic Finance at Ginkgo Bioworks, the finance partner for a nine-figure portfolio of revenue and spend. I built monthly reporting packages from scratch for newly formed business units, led budgets and quarterly forecasts on driver-based models, ran the company-wide standard costing refresh, and created the business unit's first pricing and unit economics framework.

Before that I spent two years at Wayfair in Strategic Operations Finance, ending as Senior Manager over North American Large Parcel Logistics and several hundred million in annualized spend. Working with C-suite and VP leaders, I helped identify and capture eight figures of annual cost savings, and built the outbound transportation cost model used to position roughly a billion dollars of inventory across the network. I started at EY in Boston, finishing as an Assurance Manager and one of five regional Digital Strategists teaching audit teams to use analytics and automation tools.

What I'm good at is getting close enough to operators to understand the decisions they're actually making, then building the models, reporting, and partnerships that make those decisions sharper. I work hands-on in the analytical layer — SQL, Tableau, Power BI, advanced modeling, AI tools — and I'd rather rebuild a process from first principles than keep patching one that's outlived its purpose.
