At HESS International Educational Group — Keelung, Taiwan Branch, I taught English as a second language to preschool students and English as a foreign language to elementary and middle school students.
At the National Academy for Educational Research, I attended meetings for a learner’s dictionary, assisted with revising its English translation, and supported a focus group study about the dictionary website.
Through Chinese study abroad programs and the Chinese Language Flagship Capstone Program, I developed advanced Chinese skills. I also gained supervised clinical observation and hands-on experience at The University of Mississippi Speech and Hearing Clinic, including diagnostic procedures and assistance with hearing aid fittings.
