I am a Customer Success professional with over two years of experience supporting end-to-end project delivery across HR operations, client onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance in the UAE.
I have managed high-volume client portfolios—70–80 international clients—serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding, mobilisation, payroll coordination and UAE labour law compliance, while resolving escalations and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
