What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead video/technology integration for player development, collaborate with coaches, and advance data-driven scouting processes in a professional baseball organization.

I am a baseball video and technology specialist with extensive experience integrating advanced tools like TrackMan, Rapsodo, Edgertronic, Blast sensors and BATS into professional and amateur operations.

I've managed video operations across multiple complexes and organizations, from college and prospect showcases to Major League spring training and minor league systems. I routinely capture multi-angle footage, validate data quality, and distribute polished scouting and advance materials to coaches and players.

At the Cincinnati Reds I served as a Minor League Video and Technology Specialist and Baseball Operations Trainee, producing advance scouting materials, training interns, and supporting front office research. My roles with the Los Angeles Angels, Toronto Blue Jays and other organizations included creating databases, charting games, and improving player development workflows.

I combine technical proficiency (SQL, R, Adobe Premiere, Excel, Google Suite) with hands-on equipment operation and a service-oriented approach to support coaching staffs and players; I seek to bring efficient video workflows and reliable data integration to pro baseball programs.
