At Sports Info Solutions, I record data for NCAA, MiLB, and MLB games, including live scoring, StatCast and FieldVision audits, and catcher location charting. I also plot fielder positions and time plays to provide data for advanced defensive statistics.
I completed an SQL course focused on finding statistical anomalies in large sets of player data, and I’m currently enrolled in SIS Scouting School. I’ve finished at or above company grading expectations for data accuracy each month and was the most efficient scout in my intern class.
For my Economics in Baseball Capstone Project, I built a regression model in R and Stata to examine the relationship between team records and payroll breakdowns. The model suggested that teams’ records improved by an average of one win for every ten million dollars above the average yearly active payroll.
At Kroger, I tracked sourcing project budgets in Per Angusta and reported stakeholder survey findings to director-level leadership. I also created a SharePoint onboarding page and a document index for the Enterprise Sourcing Site.
