At the Baltimore Orioles, I deliver hands-on infield instruction and write individualized Player Development Plans for infielders. I also help Latin American players adjust to U.S. culture, translating on-field instruction and off-field needs as required.
With the Orioles, I built a baserunning gameplan document and SQL-based reports on pitcher times to the plate, pickoff tendencies, and arm strength. The team ranked 4th in the FCL and 7th among complex leagues in stolen base percentage and reached the 2026 FCL playoffs.
At the Boston Red Sox, I drafted scouting reports on international prospects and analyzed international signing classes to give scouts feedback on talent identification. Earlier, with the St. Louis Cardinals, I helped assess player mechanics, developed defensive positioning cards, and assisted with pre-game routines.
