At Heartland, I built the FP&A function from the ground up, establishing forecasting, budgeting, cash planning, reporting, and performance analysis. I also introduced automation and AI-enabled workflows that contributed to approximately 40 hours of monthly savings.
I partnered with project, operations, sales, and commercial leaders to bring project economics, pipeline activity, and operational risks into forecasts and decisions. My work included liquidity planning and lender and private equity reporting, including support for approximately $250M of fundraising activity.
At BayoTech, Inc, I built an investment model for approximately 120 annual projects and standardized evaluations, reducing analysis time from approximately 10 hours to one. I also developed integrated forecasts and executive and Board reporting.
At Denver International Airport (DEN), I led eight managers and analysts across finance planning and reporting for a $1B revenue organization and a $3.5B capital program. I also led Finance and Purchasing workstreams for a Workday implementation and rebuilt monthly close and reporting, reducing the close cycle from 30 days to five.
