What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead technical account management and BD while driving embedded R&D through NPI to mass production—winning Tier-1 programs, resolving system-level inquiries, and scaling edge AI/surveillance products with cross-functional teams.

I’m a software-rooted Technical Director with over 25 years bridging cross-functional R&D leadership (SW/EE/ME/PM) with strategic Business Development. I’m known for capturing high-stakes RFQs, leading technical pre-sales, and securing Tier-1 global ODM/JDM accounts while serving as the primary technical interface for complex system-level questions.

My work spans edge AI and smart surveillance, including end-to-end R&D for next-generation IP cameras, dash cams, and IoT doorbells. I’ve pioneered Face Recognition solutions on SigmaStar platforms with mobile app integration, and delivered embedded multimedia product architectures supported by major OTT apps.

Just as importantly, I connect engineering to manufacturing outcomes—designing automated test fixtures, driving IQ light box testing (SFR, Light/Dark Field, Blemish, AWB, IR Uniformity), and managing DRM security key provisioning to optimize yield and ensure smooth NPI from architecture through factory mass production.
