What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging remote role with a U.S.-based organization where I can use restoration estimating, project management, tax analysis, leadership, and client-focused communication to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

At Caliber Restoration, I create detailed Xactimate estimates for roofing and water-damage restoration projects, applying International Residential and Building Codes to support complete, accurate insurance claims.

I work with insurance adjusters, client agreements, Eagle View reports, HOA documentation, QuickBooks, and Company Cam photo reports. My estimate preparation reduced insurance claim approval time by 15% and improved project documentation accuracy.

Previously, I increased sales by 30% at V.L. Lubricants and prepared more than 1,000 U.S. tax returns at a 98% accuracy rate using Lacerte. I bring over a decade of estimating, project administration, financial record-keeping, and remote client communication experience.
