At Tech Mahindra, I developed Power BI dashboards and stakeholder reports supporting GCash Risk Operations management. I also built an LLM-powered fraud detection pipeline using AWS Bedrock, Claude LLM, and REST APIs to automate case triage.
I designed an Advanced RAG pipeline for legal document Q&A with LangChain, FAISS, and OpenAI, using hybrid retrieval and RAGAS evaluation. My work also includes modular Python workflows for data ingestion, normalization, and rule-based detection.
Earlier, as a Cloud and Data Engineer Intern at Tech Mahindra, I designed ETL pipelines on GCP and Azure and applied PySpark/Spark to data processing. In my projects, I built a customer satisfaction prediction pipeline that achieved a ROC-AUC of 0.85 and an interactive stock performance dashboard.
