At MTX Group Inc., I design digital products for enterprise and statewide public-sector programs, taking work from discovery and research through prototyping, validation, and delivery. I turn complex operational requirements into user-centered experiences with clients, product owners, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
On the MTX Design Studio engagement, I designed AI-assisted workflows that improved team productivity by 30–40%. I also took an accessibility testing tool from ideation through development as a ready-to-use Chrome extension, and built a CSV Attendance Data Generator that reduced manual testing effort by approximately 95%.
For the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services Childcare Program, I redesigned Parent and Provider portals, moving manual PDF-based processes into digital journeys for approximately 900–1,100 licensed providers. I owned the Payments and Scholarship modules supporting approximately $4M–$4.5M in monthly childcare subsidy distributions, and led a 15-member QA team during rollout.
For the Georgia Secretary of State Voter Registration System, I designed accessible experiences used by 150+ county offices and created a scalable design system aligned with WCAG requirements. I’m Salesforce Certified as a UX Designer, Administrator, Associate, and AI Associate, and I’m an IBM Enterprise Design Think Practitioner.
