I am a results-driven sales and customer service professional serving as a Sales Representative at Oma Accessories Hub (Online Store) since 2022. I consistently close deals, provide product recommendations, and manage customer issues to maximize satisfaction.

I also bring strong administrative capabilities, performing inventory management, updating customer records, handling refunds and exchanges, and liaising with logistics partners. I hold diplomas in Marketing and Desktop Publishing & Graphic Presentation and am pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at Niger Delta University.
