At Salesforce, I drove architecture and delivery of PCSK, a foundational cloud IAM security platform underpinning Hyperforce. I built infrastructure for governed, time-bounded access across thousands of AWS accounts.

I architected Role Governance to standardize IAM role management across 20+ engineering teams, and delivered Campaign Manager for security-critical changes across AWS accounts and GCP projects. Its progressive rollouts included pause thresholds, rollback controls, and checkpointed pause and resume using Temporal.

As a Lead Member of Technical Staff, I led technical execution and mentored engineers across a six-engineer pod. Earlier at Salesforce, I designed AWS Organizations and SCP control planes and partnered with service teams on policy-exception workflows.

At Amazon, I redesigned the Alexa News metadata query layer and worked on services supporting news content and engagement data. At Wayfair, I implemented a search keyword mining system that increased search-channel revenue by 20% with a 7% cost increase, and built ad-tech systems using Java and Apache Storm.
