I’m a Software Development Engineer with experience spanning cloud platforms and large-scale data services, from integration work (REST APIs, persistence, monitoring) to production operations and launch readiness. I’ve consistently focused on making systems faster, cheaper, and easier to run—through features like multi-tenancy, better scheduling, and improved test/alert coverage.

At AWS, I built monitoring service components used to monitor AES, writing monitors such as Kibana Health, Domain Resource State for Elasticsearch shards, KMS state, Split Brain Detection, Cognito Resources, and Snapshot (S3) checks. I also delivered a DynamoDB access layer for inter-process communication, Hydra Alpha integration tests for infra sanity, and production readiness support including pipeline setup and alerts. My multi-tenancy (one-to-many) work reduced cost and monitoring downtime, and I improved canary reliability with enhanced logging, safer handling, and dynamic configuration updates without redeployment.

Most recently, I developed and operationally improved Adobe Experience Platform services that create merged user profiles and export them to downstream campaign systems. I built operational tooling (Python scripts for one-click issue resolution), redesigned long-running Spark export flows to address noisy-neighbor and routing needs, and created a New Spark Job Launcher Service using Tapir to manage streaming and batch ingestion without blocking. At Walmart, I’m helping build the Brand Safety system by offloading PostgreSQL to file-based blob storage in Google Cloud Storage to control database costs, while enabling multi-tenancy and leading tenant onboarding through architectural and configuration changes.
